I've been teaching myself the mandolin for about a year using mandolin
books and videos. I love Irish music, Bluegrass and Classical.
I really enjoy my Weber Y2K mandolin. I think that there is no
better sounding mandolin for the money. One day, when I become
accomplished on the mandolin, I'll treat myself to a Weber Gallatin
mandolin.
