I've played bluegrass mandolin for 20 years. When we moved back to
Missoula I sold my Flatiron for a new Yellowstone. What a great
mandolin. Then I won this Bitterroot model --while playing my
Yellowstone-- in the mandolin contest at the Grand Targhee
Bluegrass
Festival in 2000! I had the color customized later that winter in
Belgrade. When I can get it away from my son Sampo --a fine fiddler
and budding mandolinist-- I play this Bitterroot during old-timey
sessions. Thanks Sound to Earth. Brian Hall, Missoula, MT |
