HOW TO REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty:

  • Your Weber acoustic guitar or mandolin warranty is registered at the time of purchase from us or one of our Weber Dealers.
Your Dealer should be able to print you a copy of the warranty at the time of purchase, and if you have given them your email address, a copy will also be emailed to you.  A registration through our Dealers also comes immediately to the Weber shop going into our permanent Warranty Data Base.
  • If you purchased Direct from Weber, a Warranty Card will be registed here at the shop and shipped with your instrument, and if you have given your email address, a copy will also be emailed to you.

Recertification Warranty:

  • Recertification on used instruments is only done through the Weber Shop, on instruments sent in to Weber. The original Lifetime Warranties will also remain in the data base.
  • Recertification Warranties may also be issued by Weber Dealers or through Weber directly, on new instruments called Festival Stock Instruments. These instruments have never been privately owned but have wear through use at Trade Shows or festivals
  • These warranties will be issued, sent and registered just as stated in Lifetime Warranties above.

We highly recommend that you keep your instrument's warranty, and your sales receipt, in a permanent record.  Warranty informantion can be lost on the way to us, or even by us, and your records are an excellent backup.

Check with us if you would like to ensure that your instrument is under Warranty. If it is not listed in our data base, and you don't have backup information,  we can usually track down the individual instrument and get confirmation of original ownership. Our dealers are excellent record keepers, and most will remember selling you the instrument! However, it is best to be sure to receive and keep your instrument purchase records at the time of purchase.
