Below is a link to one of our top Dealers who offers financing and payment plans on Weber Instruments. Instruments that are purchased through Dealer Financing Plans do not go through the Weber website ShoppingCart, but directly through the links below.  You are still able to order any instrument you see on our site, or any Custom Instrument you desire- the order will simply go through their stores and Finance Plans.
*Festival Stock Instruments are based on their availability at the time the order is actually placed, not at the time the Finance Application is submitted

• All items purchased through our ShoppingCart are shipped via UPS *Please ensure that you have notated a street address for the shipping address and not a Postal Box number.
• We can also ship via FedX and sometimes through the US Postal System, however these orders cannot be processed through the ShoppingCart. Please Contact Us directly for your order, if you would like to request a shipping agent other than UPS.
• All instruments are shipped with 'Adult Signature Required' through the ShoppingCart.

• Almost all Standard Model Instruments ordered will be built just for you.  Thus, there will most likely be a waiting period of 8-12 weeks.   Occasionally we may have one in process or even finished, which can be shipped soon after the order.

As soon as we receive your instrument order we will contact you to make sure all of your expectations and questions are answered concerning your instrument.  We will then tell you the estimated shipping date of your new Weber.
*These shipping dates are pretty reliable however since all instruments are different in character, and we are small shop, there can be delays or they can be done even sooner.  If you cannot receive an instrument before a certain date, we can accommodate

• We require 25% deposit or down-payment on the total price of your order on Standard/Scheduled Instruments, plus the Shipping and Handling Charges
  

• The remainder will be due when the instrument is completed.  We will contact you to verify the shipping address and payment information.
  *We have no access to your credit information and receive no information on your account.

Returns of Standard/Scheduled Instruments:

• Contact Us for a Return Authorization; please 
• Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase
  (ALL SALES FINAL ON:  Festival Stock/Sale Instruments and Custom Instruments)
• Please enclose the Original Invoice
• Must be in new, re-sellable condition with all original packaging.
  Additional Fees may be charged if the item has been altered or damaged.
• All of our Standard Model Instruments are covered by a LifeTime Warranty. Please, go Here for information concerning Warranty return issues.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items.
  It is the customer's responsibility for return shipping and insurance     charges.

  HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM INSTRUMENT:
  

• You can order Customized Instruments directly from us. These orders are too complicated for a ShoppingCart so please Contact Us.  We will discuss what you desire and create a price quote.
• You can also create a preliminary Estimate through the Design a Weber portion on our website.  At the end of the process you have the option of emailing us a copy of your Custom Instrument Estimate.  These are only Estimates and not official quotes, and we will contact you to narrow it down and establish exactly your desires and what the instrument with your chosen customizations will cost.
